I got locked out of my gmail account when I bought an iPhone X. For a period of time I was still able to access my gmail account via Apple email, now it is not coming through there either. I have tried for months to recover this account. I have had this account since **** and I have important emails and contacts. This account is associated with my Apple ID, Facebook, and other accounts. It is my account. I have provided my cell number, also associated with my account as a recovery device and have provided the correct code every time. I have also provided emails that are linked to this gmail account. I have had account services respond to my inquiries, but their best advice is to set up a new email. This is not acceptable.
GetHuman-drjacqu did not yet indicate what Google should do to make this right.
