I cancelled my reservation because of the corona virus. The ref code is F*IJKP. I was given a credit of $***.** which we could use until June **, ****. I was also offered ****** Frontier miles that will expire on Sept ****. We are ** and ** years old and still don't feel safe traveling. My son lives in Denver. What we are asking for is a flight from DCA to DEN in the future. Is there any way you can extend the credit until we are able to fly safely. I have tried to call and have stayed on the line for an hour and have not been able to talk to anyone. Please call Betty Wells at ***-***-**** or send your response to the email below. Thanks you.
