Was told I “missed” my flight to Milwaukee from Tampa. I was there more than * hour prior and was denied my flight. Was told to book NEW tickets. Now I’m out $***. Plane was dirty, customer service via phone is horrible. Customer service in person is just as horrible. I was given a credit voucher which is a slap in my face since I will not be flying again anytime soon!!! My credit card has been frozen now due to all the “extra” charges I received. All I want is a partial CASH refund
