I was supposed to fly from Des Moines to Denver on Saturday but because of the snow storm I could not get to the airport. I was already checked in, so I was unable to cancel or change my reservation. Frontier did not have any flights going out of Des Moines the next day (Sunday) so I had to drive to Kansas City and purchase an additional flight. I would like to be refunded for the flight I paid for but did not take and also could not change or cancel online or on the phone.
GetHuman1964936 did not yet indicate what Frontier Airlines should do to make this right.
