Yes i flew with your airline * months ago to colorado and was treated very unfairly was told i would not be charged anythinh at the ticket counter for my carryon bit when i got to the gate was told i had to pay a **$fee to get on the plane and that was my only bag that was on compliance of the proper weight anf size so im requesting a refund or credit for my inconvieinice.please handle this matter immediately and professionally thanks bob Taylor.
