My client DavevOlson had yesterday a eye ** injection that prevents him from traveling this Thursday due to his serious conditions. I was told with a Dr letter Frontier will credit my account and then We should enter in another date and would be charged the new rate. I haven’t been told in writing that this is true and where Dave can and can’t go. What is the fax to Return.**Please credit me ASAP**THANK YOU **Brian C. Ritchey
