I had installed the sims * and created an EA account under the ID joyribbon *which should also be listed under one of my gmail accounts: *****@***.com or *****@***.com (I can also prove and verify my codes) on my old pc. I havent been able to log into my EA account AT ALL and trying to reset my password has no luck seeing as no email is ever sent to me. I would like to delete my joyribbon account and make a new one so i can play with my DLCs and its really upsetting i cant. Please help me fix this.
GetHuman-senpooss did not yet indicate what Electronic Arts should do to make this right.
