I'm writing for my BIL who has been in hospital or rehab for * months now. His card has been blocked due to a fraud hold of some sort. They have to talk to HIM, but we haven't been able to see him to try to help due to Covid. Finally went yesterday, spent * *** hrs trying to talk to Social Security, called Direct Express, waited ** minutes, someone answered and hung up. I don't have time to do this every day and he can't do it. Any suggestions?
