You can manage more than one Direct Express account on a single phone by downloading the Direct Express app. However, you'll need to log in and out of each account separately as the app doesn't currently support simultaneous multiple account management. This means that you will need to enter your User ID and password every time you want to switch between the accounts. If you have fingerprint recognition or face ID set up, make sure that it is available for all accounts for easier access. Remember to log out after each use for security reasons. Unfortunately, the Direct Express card does not offer the ability to directly transfer funds to PayPal.
