I received a replacement card and called on Saturday, the second day after ordering it, to get the tracking number. Unfortunately, the call volume is high, and the system keeps hanging up on me. I urgently need the tracking number to receive my card as I am currently homeless. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

After entering my account number and the last 4 digits of my SS number, I was surprised to learn that my account was no longer active. The system prompted me to enter my full SS number and create a new pin. Despite following these steps, the information I provided was deemed invalid. After being transferred, I was informed of a high call volume and advised to call back later. Frustrated, I repeated this process numerous times over the past few hours. When I tried another office under Direct Express, I was directed to contact the Social Security Office. After waiting for over an hour, I was informed that the issue lies with the account deactivation and a deposited amount of $[redacted] on November 3, [redacted]. I am left unable to contact you due to the deactivation of my card, making it challenging to pay my bills. I seek guidance on resolving this matter promptly.

I reported my card as stolen on November 4, [redacted], and chose expedited delivery. My card did not arrive as expected, so I reached out to customer service. They informed me to contact UPS directly and provided a tracking number and their phone number. When I contacted UPS, the automated system mentioned the package was still in transit. This morning, I observed the UPS truck in my area, but my card was not delivered. Upon checking the tracking online, it showed a delay. I am struggling without access to my money for essentials like food and bills. I've been unable to speak with a representative and the website doesn't show the current status clearly. I am frustrated because someone used my card at the DMV when I have not had a car since [redacted]. The letter you sent me detailing the credit on my card was not accurate, and despite sending you the fax with the information, you deducted $30 from my account. I have only had this card for three months, and unauthorized transactions have occurred. I am certain I did not make these transactions. Could an employee be involved? I demand a refund on my card; otherwise, I will take my business elsewhere and provide negative feedback in the survey.

I have been trying to reach someone about unauthorized charges for 22 calls, but I haven't been able to connect with anyone. There are hundreds of dollars in charges to [redacted] Amhurst Dr., California, associated with a Comerica Bank account. When statements do finally arrive, it's often too late to address the issues. Additionally, there are inconsistencies where my rent is paid versus where funds are being withdrawn. The [redacted] Amherst charges seem linked to United States government lawsuits.

They suggested using a mobile app, which poses a problem for visually impaired users. My attempts to resolve disputes related to my DirectExpress card, managed by Comerica Bank, have been unsuccessful despite documenting all calls. My mother and my card were connected. Her card was compromised, prompting her to cancel it and go through recovery. However, when trying to access my card and funds, I discovered my card was disabled, and my information was deemed invalid. I suspect our linked cards caused mine to be deactivated along with hers. I am requesting assistance in obtaining a new card, similar to the process my mother went through. Your help is greatly appreciated.

Tomorrow, I'm receiving something from Direct Express. I no longer bank with them, so I now receive it as a paper check by mail. Unless I have been informed otherwise by the Social Security office, it will continue to come as a paper check. I stopped using the Direct Express debit card because I found it cumbersome to replace if lost or stolen, and waiting for a new one to arrive by mail took 7-10 business days.

I'm frustrated with not being able to transfer my funds to my bank account. Despite my efforts, I'm limited to a meager $[redacted] per day transfer with additional fees. Unfortunately, I can't reach a Conerica bank nearby, as the closest is [redacted] miles away. I've searched extensively for other banks that may assist, but to no avail. I find it unreasonable that accessing my own money is so complicated and includes various service charges.
