I requested a new debit card on September 15th, and it was delivered to my residence on September 18th. My mother says she returned the card. The online status shows it was delivered on the 18th, and that's it. I requested a new card on Friday, October 6th, with expedited delivery for $13.50, but it hasn't arrived. I can't access my account or withdraw money. Can you assist with transferring funds to another bank account? I urgently need to access my money. I spent the night in my car and have no cash for bills or gas. Direct Express hasn't been helpful. Out of $[redacted], only $[redacted] remains in my account. Where is the missing $98?

On October 3rd, I made a purchase from Walmart. Initially, there was a hold on my account, but when the order was delivered, Walmart charged the correct amount. The issue arose when a $21.08 adjustment was supposed to be processed within 10 days, but it hasn't happened yet. Despite contacting Walmart and Direct Express three times, I have not seen any results. I am becoming increasingly frustrated with Direct Express, to the point where I am considering switching to a different company. Has anyone else encountered a similar situation? I am eagerly seeking any advice or experiences. Direct Express must reimburse the overcharged amount back to my card promptly. Despite assurances of a refund by certain dates during my previous calls, I have yet to receive any reimbursement.

This month, on the 3rd, I tried to access my money but my direct express card was locked due to suspicious transactions. I immediately contacted customer service and was able to withdraw $[redacted] with their assistance. Although a new card was ordered for me, I missed the delivery as I have no fixed address being homeless. Two days ago, I requested another card to be expedited to the hotel I am currently staying at since I have no funds left to my name. Customer service assured me it would arrive by the 18th and promised a tracking number, which I have not received yet. I really need the tracking number as it's already past 1:00 pm.

I, as the Power of Attorney for Glenda Mer Belgarde, born on January 2, [redacted], have been in contact with Direct Express regarding a replacement card. Despite submitting various forms of identification, the requests were denied. After visiting the social security office on my mother's behalf, it was advised that I, Sabrina Belgarde, submit proof of Glenda's identity along with my Power of Attorney status. Yesterday I got a text from Direct Express saying my account was closed, and now $16,[redacted].00 seems to be missing. I locked the account and was told the money should switch over to a new account set up for all members, but it hasn't shown up. Why didn't this happen automatically? Where is the money? They said it could take 24-48 hours to process, which seems like a long time. I'm really worried about this situation.

I recently ordered a replacement debit card because I didn't receive my SSI disability payment for October. After contacting DX, I was informed they had sent out a new card due to a system upgrade, but I never received it. I received the replacement card from UPS a couple of days ago, but I am unable to activate it without verifying my identity, as my only ID is expired. Another charge from Mysafeid365 for $39.52 has left me concerned as there's no contact number provided, only a residential address. I found the customer service at Direct Express to be very unprofessional. I filed a dispute for fraud and was told I had 45 days to provide proof, but they closed my case after only two weeks without waiting for my evidence. I was advised by SSI Disability to make the dispute, so I sent them the proof within the timeframe, but they disregarded it. I refuse to let this go, especially since it involved almost two years of my benefits. Direct Express even lied about the information they provided me over the phone. I plan to take legal action against them for all the trouble they have caused me. Whenever I seek help from them, they either hang up on me or keep me on hold indefinitely.

I recently cancelled my card with Direct Express and requested an expedited replacement. I was informed it would arrive within 2 business days, but when I called for a tracking number, I was told it could take up to 10 business days. The automated system kept redirecting me due to high call volumes, making it impossible to speak with a representative. Despite the supposed 24/7 service, calls were frequently disconnected.

My car isn't functioning because they indicated that a new card was issued on November 1st. I didn't request a new card, so there shouldn't have been one issued. The current card I possess is now deactivated. I urgently need my funds to pay my bills and rent. I'm unsure how this occurred, but I've been unable to reach customer service. However, as of November 2, I have not received the replacement card. Instead, I received a letter inquiring about an address change on October 23. I visited a store and was informed that my chip is malfunctioning. They allowed me to swipe the card after an override. Unfortunately, when I returned later, a different employee attempted multiple transactions leading to my card being locked due to declined transactions. I tried calling Direct Express' 24/7 hotline without success. It's frustrating because I need to pay for my hotel rent tonight and my card seems to be locked. I recently received a text message from Direct Express stating my password was changed without my knowledge. I tried to call customer service to address the issue, but I was unable to reach a live agent. When I entered my card number and password on the phone system, it claimed they didn't match. Strangely, I can log in to my account online using the same credentials, and my funds are still there. I'm concerned as to why I can't access my money through the automated system.

I recently received a card at my house, and despite providing the correct address, they noted down the wrong one. They confirmed it with me, which now seems ironic.
