I lost my card and I tried to send in for a new one and didn't receive it it's a week gone by. the new card was sent to and inappropriate address ,not the one given ,and I'd like to have it sent to my current address. my name is Johnnie Bailey. My former account number walls **** **** **** **** my current address **** Ridgewood Avenue Baltimore Maryland ***** UPS told me to contact you to reroute the address of where it was sent .*** West West Street is no longer my address. could you please send my card to the new Ridgewood address.
