August **,**** after **am i sent my fiancee into *** on lancaster and beach st in Fort Worth Texas *****. My fiancee was able to pull out ***$ and put ** in gas but he didnt recieve the last transaction of ***$ . ive spoke to ywll after iy happened . the customer service representative i spoke with said for me to talk to someone in *** and swe if they'd reimburse me or just confirm the transaction for the money reversal. I ttied to speak to managwr but the cashier refused to call or get try to even resolve the issue told me that the atm machine wasnt apart of ther company anf yo call the number. Well i did twice. The *st time the customer service said there wasnt any proff and that she couldn't help me , so situation still unresolved i call that number back and told the lady i need to report an atm machine fraud got my information told me to call back the customer service number on the back of my card and let them know i needed an money reversal for that transaction and that they woyld be able yo sew her notes and all the information she got from me. Ive been calling since i got that nesws at * am and everytime i call i get unhung up on due to heavy call flow. Like all day bruh. This is my disability check so i only get paid once a month andim already gonna be broke because a machine didnt give my money.

I tried to resolve with my account the told me to ralk to ppl in *** went and did that then the xasgier told me to contact the number on the atm machine i called them the lady said she got all my info that the call center gave here to him.
