I've contacted Direct Express several times on this matter. Each time i was transferred to different people multiple time, with no one offering any help on how to resolve the issue other than "wait on the paperwork you need to fill out and return". Why ?! I confirmed with the lady who called in the beginning that i wasn't in California spending my money !! Finally convinced a smart mouthed man that he needed to put his supervisor on the phone. ... Her solution ? Hand write a letter stating that i wasn't in California, fax it to them. And it will "probably" be resolved in ** days. Once this is resolved i will be finding a financial institution that isn't full of hateful people who talk down to you and have no real concern about the very situations that they were hired to resolve as quickly as possible. Direct Express does not have your interests, best or not, as important.

You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.

Recover money that was stolen from my account. ... My old card has been cancelled because it had been hacked and used in California, i am in Alabama. I know a new card was issued on the *th of May. I need to know if my money was recovered and when i will have access to it.
Their workers are lazy, they have no interest in helping you. After speaking to several of them it is clear that they all have different "knowledge" of how the company operates.
I want my "insured money" returned to me.
I've been a customer with them for * years. This is the second time i have dealt with this with them. It will also be the last.
There is nothing else you can try.
