I tried to pay a bill online. I had some technical difficulties. I tried to do it twice. The money was taken off my card, the bill wasn't paid and I need my money put back on my card. I called customer service and they kept hanging up on me. It's a $*** dollar mistaken deduction from my account. I've been calling all day trying to get my money with no results. Customer service continually hangs up on me!
That my bill still isn't paid, they cut my service off for non-payment. And I really need my other $**.
