The issue in GetHuman-valcus's own words
Finally wended the maze thru the computer menus and transferred funds to the checking account at a different bank. Nov. ** the money was deducted from this account. Understood that three day period for transfer didn't include Thanksgiving Day. Nov. **, four business days later, that transfer was negated and an additional $*.** fee levied because of your fuckup.*I'd like the money transferred as arranged, and the excess fee refunded.
GetHuman-valcus did not yet indicate what Direct Express should do to make this right.
