I lost my direct express debit card and reported it yesterday and was issued a new one that will come to me in * to ** days. My money was deposited today and was told to call back when money was in my account and go to option * and order a money gram to get my money to pay bills today. Didn't think about getting new card number to access my account. Now all I can get from any of the options is my card status and dead end. Can't order the money gram I was told I could get. All phone numbers are dead end. I need some of my money today. I need to know what to do now. Can't wait till card comes in!
