I was talking to a customer service representative and reported action on my account that I didn't recognize.She was connecting me with someone eles to report it and we got disconnect. I was unable to call back because my card was cancelled. It is terrible that there is no way to get humans on line. Now I have to wait to get my new card to speak with anyone. Really ****s.
I trust that Direct Express will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
