Help with my Direct Express issue
How did GetHuman-jjgglope do it?
Waiting to hear how GetHuman-jjgglope fixed the problem to share with other customers.
My card was cancelled due to fraudulent problems.. a new one was sent to me and now my mobile app doesn’t recognize the new card.. when I try to register the new one it says it’s not recognizable
I trust that Direct Express will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
