A few months ago I purchased an HP Color Laser Jet M*** all in one printer. Had difficulty downloading installation CD to computer. When I got it loaded it appeared to function properly for a month. Then it started taking up to ** minutes to print a document from the computer. I called HP service and didn't realize I was not talking to HP. After a charge of $*** the printer speed was returned. Again another month or so lapse and the problem returned. One document took nearly ** hours to print. I contacted HP service again and they wanted me to replace the black cartridge. The instant the "after-market" cartridge was installed they informed me the warranty was voided. Another $*** fee got the printer operating normal again. It now is not printing color clearly and if we scan or fax from the auto feed the receiver copy has lines across the paper. Also the features of the printer were not forthcoming: you can't scan from the printer to the computer* it will only print one envelope at a time: This was purchased to support a business computer. It has slowed business transactions and I am looking to replace it with a model that functions properly. *My Costco number is ************
