Ilive in a apt. Complex in Savannah Georgia.* I have had an hvac issue since September **** when maintenance stated it was a duct problem. I have been told this *or * times and after the lawyer intervened they finally checked the ducts Monday April *th, **** and put in new thermostat. Air was still not blowing out consistently Some times the air blows out sometimes not . Maintenance has been here when it has happe ned and yet I still have the same problem. Not only the air but it took * months for them to replace the “stems” in bathtub ***** and all other maintenance is totally forgotten. I will be making arrangements for an independent hvac contractor to assess the a*c unit but as of this writing my air is still in and out so therefore I have it turned off.I had to retain Ga. legal services in order for them to even begin to look at the problem. I would greatly appreciate it if some one can tell me the next step if there is one in getting them to really see what is going on and repair it. At least six residents that I have spoken to have issues with repairs.
