This store has always been a problem, for years and years. I called what I thought was the Madison TN location (Rivergate area) to ask about car stereos and wether they still did installation there.**A young man answered the phone and I simply asked him if I had reached the Madison TN (Rivergate area) store. He responded by saying....."I'm not able to divulge that information." What? You can't tell me where you are? **Did I mistakenly dial the CIA or NSA (National Security Agency)? Man, I'm just trying to buy a car stereo, not uncover state secrets!**I can't do business with a company like this any longer. If Best Buy has become that clandestine, I will be taking all of my business to B&H or Frys, I'm done with this ****!
