I would like an update to an order that was returned on ********* and delivered on *********. I have proof of delivery which I provided to BJs. Tracking * *ZA***************. Each time that I have called I've been given the same response "**-** hours" for update. Why has no one contacted me via email to provide status. I have been waiting * weeks for my refund. Confirmation*complaint * *******.

GetHuman-wfkaline did not yet indicate what BJ's Wholesale Club should do to make this right.
