- For electronics like laptops and TVs, they recommend you contact their free Tech Advisers at 1-877-832-4888 to troubleshoot any problems first before initiating a return.
- For tire returns, please contact your local club or call the Tire Support Team at 1-844-700-TIRE.
- Anything purchased over 1 year ago is not considered new condition, and non-grocery items will need to be in new condition with accessories intact.
- Media such as CDs, DVDs, video games and computer software need to be unopened.
- Items such as laptops, tablets, and TVs that are found to be damaged can be returned with the original receipt, packaging, and accessories within 14 days of purchase.
- They cannot accept returns of Gift Cards or clothing marked Final Sale, nor can opened CDs, DVDs, computer software and video games be accepted.

Your Refund Status
Currently, there's no way to track your refund from BJ's Wholesale. Once they receive your returned item or items, Member Care will send you a confirmation email with your return's status and the estimated date you can expect to receive your refund.
Please note that a refund can take up to 30 days to post to your account and if it's been longer than 30 days since you received your refund notice, BJ's suggests contacting your financial institution for further help.
