BJ's Wholesale's Return and Refund Policy

To qualify for a return, the item you are returning must be undamaged and have all of the accessories, manuals, and everything else it was sold with. Computer software, games, DVDs, and CDs must be in unopened packages.

To qualify for a refund, items need to be returned within 90 days of the purchase date. Damaged electronic items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.

You must return any merchandise purchased online must be returned by mail. If you purchased an item online and picked it up at a BJ's store, it must be returned to the location where it was picked up.

You cannot return merchandise purchased with a gift card, discount, or award. You cannot return bulk purchases if the total purchase price is greater than $1,000.

Items that have been returned in accordance with the provisions here are eligible for a refund.

Making the Return

To return something to a BJ's Wholesale Club location, just bring it up to the Member Services Desk. If you made the purchase online at BJs.com, you should log into your BJ's account and then you can start the return process online. Specific instructions will be provided there.
