How Do I Check the Balance on My Bj’s Gift Card?

Before making a purchase or using your BJ's gift card, it's always a good idea to check the balance of your card. You can check its balance online if you have a gift card from BJ's. Here are the steps to check your BJ's gift card balance.

1. Log In to Your Account

You can log in with your member number and password. If you don't yet have an account, you can create one. Use the email address associated with your BJ's gift card.

2. Click on My Account

Select My Account in the upper-right corner of the page screen, then click on Order History in the left sidebar menu. It will take you to a page where you can check your details. It also contains options for checking your balance or ordering replacement cards. The page will list your BJ's orders by date and time of purchase. Find the gift card you want to check its balance and click on it.

3. Select Manage Gift Cards

Enter the card number in the first field, then click Continue to proceed to the next step. Choose Gift Cards from the top of the homepage, then select Check Balance or Order Gift Cards. Enter the PIN on the back of your gift card, then click Submit.

4. Enter Your Gift Card Number

If you have multiple gift cards, ensure you enter the correct one. If you're checking a BJ's gift card balance online, your balance will appear on the next page.
