I have just been to your Byker store (**.** approx) and on entering the store I slipped on liquid right at the entrance. Two members of staff were there about to clear it up, however were standing talking at the point I entered so hadn’t put the wet floor sign down. *When I pointed out it should have been down they simply said they were going to do it. *I twisted my ankle as I slipped and yet there was no apology, no asking if I was ok as I limped off. I went to go to customer service but the queue was too long. Luckily my ankle eased as I walked round the store. I did go to go back to customer services but again there was a queue and I was in a rush. *I don’t feel like I received an adequate level of customer service on this occasion and feel very disappointed in the attitude of the staff.

GetHuman-kerrylow did not yet indicate what Asda should do to make this right.
