Good afternoon, I purchased sausages from Asda in Hounslow today. Unfortunately, upon returning home, I discovered that the sausages expired yesterday on the 9th of October. This poses a serious health risk to me and my children. These sausages were not from the discount section but were in the regular sausages selection. I believe expired products should be promptly removed from the shelves to prevent such incidents. I am disappointed by this oversight, as it could have endangered my family's health. I can provide the receipt and sausage package as evidence if needed. I look forward to your response regarding this matter. Elsa

I recently received my Asda food order delivery, and I am extremely upset. A carton of sour cream was smashed, causing it to spill all over the box of groceries. Additionally, the packaging on the large pack of chicken breasts was torn apart. Considering the condition of the chicken, it seems as though it was handled very roughly during delivery. I would like to request that more care is taken when handling my orders in the future. Unfortunately, due to these damaged items, I now have to visit the supermarket to purchase replacements for our family dinner tonight. It would be greatly appreciated if some form of compensation could be arranged for the inconvenience of having to clean up the mess and make an extra trip to the store. Ordering online was meant to make things easier, but this experience has been quite the opposite. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Tracy T.

I had an issue with my recent order from ASDA. The driver, Tyler, couldn't find my address and after several unsuccessful attempts to reach him, he didn't respond. When I contacted ASDA customer service, I was informed that my order wouldn't be delivered that night. Despite not requesting it, my order was canceled. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and request my order to be delivered the next day with a refund for the delivery charges and the picking & packing fee. The lack of communication and service from the store is unacceptable.

I had a collection slot booked for Monday at the Leyton Asda. I arrived early and waited in a cab, but after an hour of waiting and seeing workers taking breaks, I had to leave to pick up my daughter from school. Despite my collection window being between 12 and 2, my groceries were not brought out. Now, I'm waiting for my £53 refund. Asda claims they sent it back to the bank, but the bank only shows a one pence pending transaction. I am frustrated with this situation as I had to pay for the cab and still feed my kids. This level of customer service is not acceptable. I will be seeking legal advice today to address this issue promptly.

I was at the checkout and noticed that the 25% discount on clothing was not applied during my purchase. I went to customer service to resolve the issue. Despite requesting a refund to my original payment card, I was given a gift card with the difference. When I expressed my preference, the staff member became impolite, defensive, and referred to me rudely.
Even after involving a section leader who was unhelpful and disrespectful, the situation did not improve. Requesting to speak to a store manager was fruitless as I was informed there was no manager available. Eventually, after a lengthy wait, I was begrudgingly given a cash refund.
It seemed the staff lacked the simple solution of refunding the clothes to my card and repurchasing them with the discount. The handling of the situation left me questioning the competence of the staff.

Today, on 26/9/19, I went to Asda Longwell Green Bristol for my click and collect items. I arrived at 10:55 for my 11:00 pickup, but by 11:15, there were 9 cars ahead of me waiting for their orders. Eventually, at 11:30, a staff member apologized for the delay. With my children in the car, I had to call a family member to pick them up due to our plans for a family event at 12:00. My groceries didn't arrive until 11:45, causing further inconvenience. When I reached home at 12:15 and hurriedly put away the shopping, I noticed two items were missing from my order. I'm disappointed by this experience and the hour-long wait for my order. The explanation from the staff member, who claimed to be working alone on click and collect, was not satisfactory, leaving me frustrated and considering not using this service again. This incident highlights the need for improved management and customer service at this location.

My spouse and I just left the ASDA store in Cwmbran feeling extremely disappointed by the terrible customer service we encountered. We arrived at the till close to 10 pm with our shopping. The staff member immediately made us feel uneasy by mentioning we shouldn't be checking out as the store was closing. There were no announcements or warnings given to customers about the closing time. We proceeded to scan our items, but the staff member continuously made us uncomfortable. She rolled her eyes, pushed past us to scan her card, and openly expressed her frustration about customers shopping after closing time. She even prevented another customer from purchasing her items. Her behavior was aggressive and disrespectful, and she made negative comments about her coworkers in front of us. This encounter left us feeling intimidated, and I have never experienced such unprofessionalism from a store employee before.

I am writing to express my concerns about a female staff member driving an Asda delivery van. While performing a three-point turn, she displayed a lack of care and attention. Despite my mother's vehicle being positioned to allow ample space for the maneuver, the staff member proceeded to approach my mother's car, rolled down her window, and aggressively gestured while shouting about the positioning of the vehicle. The staff member seemed young, lacked control of the vehicle, and posed a danger on the road. This incident occurred on 05/11/19 around 18:30 at Blackthorn Avenue, Lenzie, Glasgow. I am deeply distressed and disappointed by this experience. I kindly request information on the actions taken against the staff member involved. Sincerely, Holly Innes

I am currently at the Chandler's Ford store in Eastleigh. It is about 5 o'clock in the evening now, and I have been in the store since 4:45. My intention was to return an item of clothing. Typically, I am directed to go to George when I visit customer service. As there was no one at the customer service desk, I headed straight to George at 4:50. To my surprise, I was told that the desk had closed because it was 5 pm, although clearly it was still open since I am writing this now at 5 pm.
It seems that with the implementation of click and collect inside the store, the management might be falling short. The staff at customer service are frequently called away to deal with click and collect, leaving no one to handle regular customer inquiries.
Having made the effort to leave the house today, coming here has unfortunately left me feeling more stressed than when I arrived.

I received my Asda delivery tonight, spending approximately £[redacted] on groceries as I cannot go out due to having a disabled son. This is not the first time this has happened. I am missing around £40 worth of items, and I am very frustrated. I rely on online shopping because of my circumstances, and having to reorder means I will have to pay for delivery again. This situation is not acceptable. I would like a refund for all the missing items. I am deeply disappointed, and I am hesitant to order from Asda again.

I recently shopped at ASDA at the Jewel in Edinburgh only to discover that the Quorn Smoky Ham Free Slices I purchased were past their use-by date of 30.11.19. I am alarmed at the thought that I could have fed this to my ten-year-old grandson, risking his health. While I typically enjoy shopping at ASDA, this incident has left me unsettled, as it raises concerns about other customers unknowingly buying expired products. I hope to hear from you soon. - K. Hello, I am hoping to seek assistance in locating a now discontinued product from George, which are Batgirl high top trainers. I am willing to travel or pay for shipping for a pair in size 2-4 kids. Any information on the manufacturer or where I might find these would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.

I purchased a £15 Amazon voucher using my current account card. The transaction appeared as void, but I was still charged three days later on 13/12/19. After raising the issue with Asda customer services in store, I was informed that I would need to wait 10 days for a refund. This voucher was intended as a Christmas gift for someone, which I now have paid for but never received. I am frustrated with the situation that has arisen despite no fault of mine. I am unsure of the next steps to take. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you. - T. Moloney.

Last night, our delivery arrived 3 1/2 hours late, causing us to miss our Christmas meal plans. When I reached out to customer service, the representative I spoke to was difficult to understand. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the late delivery, especially considering we had scheduled it weeks in advance. I was offered a credit on my account, but I made it clear that I do not plan on using Asda in the future after being let down for the second time with my Christmas delivery.

I experienced a frustrating issue with my shopping delivery. After contacting customer service while the delivery driver was present, the representative I spoke to seemed confused and made errors in understanding my concerns. I had planned for my groceries to arrive before Christmas, but I ended up having to spend an additional £20 to reach Tesco before it closed. This was particularly difficult for me due to my disability, as I was in a lot of pain by the end of the ordeal. To add to the challenge, Tesco had limited stock available. My delivery was scheduled for today, the 23rd of December, [redacted], and I am left feeling very disappointed.

I recently returned a faulty air fryer that I had purchased for $89. Unfortunately, I lost the receipt and was only given a gift receipt for $38 because the item might have been bought on sale based on the barcode. I was hoping to exchange the air fryer for a similar or better one, but none were available, so I received the gift receipt instead. While I appreciate the gesture, I feel a bit disappointed because I cannot repurchase the same model as the price has increased. I have come across another air fryer I'm interested in priced at $89 in your store, yet it's selling for $59 at Curry's. Do you offer price matching?

I purchased an Indesit Washing Machine for £[redacted].99 from Argos on November 29th but did not receive any order details or a receipt. The delivery men from DHL informed me that the machine had been recalled due to a fire safety concern mentioned in the news. I then decided to cancel the order. Surprisingly, £[redacted].99 was deducted from my bank account without my permission by Argos after I had expressed my intention to cancel. Upon receiving a text notification from my bank, I contacted them immediately to report the unauthorized transaction. The bank clerk was supportive, advising me to escalate the issue if needed. As a pensioner, this financial loss is concerning to me. Thank you - S.W.

A while ago, I sent back my ASOS order using the TOYOU service at the Pier Road branch in Gillingham. Unfortunately, the ticket machine was out of order, and we did not receive a return receipt with our return order code. Consequently, Klarna has not been able to verify that the item was returned, causing a predicament with ASOS that requires the code for resolution. As the code was not provided to us, unless Asda acknowledges responsibility, I might find myself having to pay 85 pounds for an item I no longer possess.

Good morning,
My sister and I recently completed our weekly Friday morning shopping at Asda Gravesend. We are regular customers and have adapted quickly to your new pay-as-you-go system. However, my sister has had her shopping price checked for 5 consecutive weeks and I have had it done for 2 weeks now. Today, four ladies, including us, had to undergo this process, leading to longer wait times and frustration. We are unsure why every shopper needs to be checked weekly, prompting us to consider using other checkouts in the future. Additionally, the intrusion of a stranger inspecting our bags while packing is unsettling. We would appreciate an explanation for these repeated checks.
Thank you,
V. G.
