How to Track Your Home Delivery Order
If you chose to have your order delivered to your home, Asda will send you "Out for delivery" emails on the day of delivery with updates on your order's progress and when you can expect to receive it. Keep checking these to get an idea of where your order is and when you can expect it to be delivered. Please keep in mind that your order might arrive as multiple deliveries instead of just one.
How to Track Your Click and Collect Order
If you chose to collect your order yourself, you can tell when your order is ready for you to come to collect it with the Asda app. To use it, open the Asda app. If you see the I Am on My Way button, your order is ready for collection. If you do not see it, your order is not ready yet. This method does not work if you have chosen a locker collection point, though.
If you don't have the Asda app, open your Order Receipt email from Asda when you are ready to come to collect your order. Click on the I Am Here button in your email. You will be told if your order is ready to be collected yet.
