How Do I Return My Asda Order?
You can return almost anything you purchased from Asda for a refund, no questions asked, if you make the return within 30 days after the purchase date. You have longer if the item was damaged. You start the return process online, and ultimately bring the returned items to the store yourself or mail them to the company.
You can order a lot of different things from Asda. If something you got from Asda was damaged or not what you expected, you need to learn how to return it and, hopefully, get a refund. Keep reading to learn how.
Asda Return and Refund Policy
You can return any Asda purchase for a refund for any reason if you make the return within 30 days of purchase. If the item you are returning is broken or not what was described, you have a year to make the return. You should include the receipt along with your return as proof of purchase. You cannot get a refund for electrical products without a receipt. Music and video games can only be exchanged for equivalent items. You must return your product either to the store you purchased it from or to any Asda Superstore, Asda Living Store, or Asda Supermarket. The only items you can return to Asda Petrol Filling Stations are items you purchased there.
Making the Return
To return your Asda purchase, follow these instructions:
- Go to Asda's website.
- Sign in to your account.
- Go to the Manage Your Order page.
- Enter your email in the upper text field.
- Enter the order number in the lower text field.
- Locate the item you want to return.
- Click on the Return link and follow any further instructions you are given.
- If you no longer have the Returns Form that came with your package, print out a new one.
- Package the item you are returning together with the Returns Form and the receipt if you still have it.
- Go to the Asda store and leave the package at the click and collect desk.
In most cases, your refund will be issued immediately.
