You can return any Asda purchase for a refund for any reason if you make the return within 30 days of purchase. If the item you are returning is broken or not what was described, you have a year to make the return. You should include the receipt along with your return as proof of purchase. You cannot get a refund for electrical products without a receipt. Music and video games can only be exchanged for equivalent items. You must return your product either to the store you purchased it from or to any Asda Superstore, Asda Living Store, or Asda Supermarket. The only items you can return to Asda Petrol Filling Stations are items you purchased there.
