Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?

Yes, Asda allows customers to exchange items instead of returning them. If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased, you can bring it back to any Asda store within 30 days of purchase, along with your proof of purchase. As long as the item is in its original condition and packaging, Asda will be happy to exchange it for a different color, size, or even for a completely different product of the same value. However, if the new item you choose is of higher value, you will need to pay the difference. It's worth noting that certain items such as perishables, bedding, underwear, and software may not be eligible for exchange due to hygiene and copyright reasons.
