Hi there,*I booked * rooms for the holiday at beginning of August **** in Dwi Utama bungalow Bali with Agoda sometime ago back in the beginning of January, unfortunately, I didn't receive any booking confirmation from Agoda. All I can remember is that Agoda will deducted the money in July ****. Without any confirmation from Agoda, I couldn't represent the booking reference numbers.*Related to Covid-** we would like to cancel the hotel booking. Can you help me please?*Apriliana Jilley
