I made a reservation for the VinOasis Phu Quoc on **th -**th March ****. The booking ID number for three rooms is *********. **Due to circumstances that are beyond my control (outbreak of Coronavirus throughout the world and advices from our Government not to fly within this season) I am not unable to fly to Phu Quoc, Vietnam for this vacation and need to cancel my three rooms reservation on the mentioned date as per above. ***The purpose for writing this email is to get your kindness permission to allow me to postpone the reservations till certain time. Hope i can have a great feedback from you.
