Please reinstate my hotel booking for I have already made the payment for it

The issue in GetHuman-deejdegu's own words
I was trying to contact agoda customer service to fix this and confirm my payment and reinstate my booking ... I already made my payment for my booking at Diary of Ximen hotel on January **-**,**** this afternoon around *:**pm. However, upon checking on my email hoping for the confirmation about my booking, I received an email saying that the booking has been cancelled because my payment was made a little late. I am hoping that you can confirm my booking so it will be reinstated.
This is really frustrating because the I already made the payment but no confirmation has been sent to me.
They could make this right by sending me immediately the confirmation of my payment and reinstate my booking.
I expect that payment for booking will be hold for **hrs before it will be considered cancel.
I already sent many emails. I called toll free customer service number, but I cant make it through.
How GetHuman-deejdegu fixed the problem
