Hi.. this morning **th Nov @ **.**am i had booked a room at smile hotel..Supposed if booked on **.**am that time consider **th Nov not **th Nov right but i need on **th Nov check in and check out on **th but system show date on**th Nov check in..now my problem i already check in to Smile hotel this morning at **.**am walk in and pay cash..but i already pay online at Agoda..Now my problem is i need my money back..pls refund my money coz i pay cash that’s mean i pay double. Ineed you help me to resolve the problem
