I emailed your service yesterday re a booking with Gateway Geelong indicating the proprietor of the same (Paul) requested that he did not want me to be charged for a booking that was inadvertently registered On Mon and he said for you to contact him if there were any concerns from your end- I am yet to hear from your service and feel that navigating the prompts for all aspects of your service seem specifically designed to prolong response- I am also very concerned that on completing an email request such as this, immediately turns up on your website
