Hi. We booked a hotel room last Feb **, ****. The booking ID is: *********. Upon successful booking, the hotel (Mount Sea Resort) informed us that our preferred bed is not available (Let me know if you need the screenshot of the conversation between us and the hotel) so we asked the hotel to just cancel our booking since they didn't offer any other rooms to meet our demand regarding the bed configuration. We also tried to reach out to Agoda Customer Service since the said date but until today, we didn't get any response. Hope to hear from you very soon as this is really frustrating. Thanks!
