The issue in GetHuman-audisme's own words
We were told we couldn't stay at the hotel because their system crashed. He round our reservation, but could not check us in. They wouldn't give us our room, didn't offer to have us check in the next day for a discount or any sort of offer, nothing. The guy behind the counter wouldnt stop cussing, after making us wait for about ** minutes he said there wasn't anything he could do. He said the card would not be charged, but it was. We need a refund for that room since we had to spend extra just to get to a different hotel.
GetHuman-audisme did not yet indicate what Agoda should do to make this right.
