Concerning booking: ********* (Mojo Guesthouse, Luang Prabang)**We had to leave the hotel after one night because there was a serious mold problem in our room (managed somehow to get some hours of sleep with open door - there where no windows - and the fan running on max.) and no other room was available. The guy at the reception told us, they knew about the problem but we‘d have to contact agoda directly for a refund of the second night.**Can you help?
