Hello I am writing to make a complaint about a booking I made today with Agoda. The booking number is ********* (the Danish luxury lagoon) In Siquijor Philipines. Me and my wife checked into this place as the photos on your site looked very nice, we then left the property about half an hour later. The room was incredibly dirty with hairs all over the bed blood stains on the sheets and dust on every surface we touched. We use agoda quite regularly on our travels and are normally satisfied customers. However this place should in my opinion be removed from your site. I just wanted to bring this to your attention. It would also be great if we could be refunded the €** we spent as we could not and did not sleep in the room ... please write back and let us know if that is possible... thank you for your help ... *Mathew and Carla
