The issue in GetHuman-nightkin's own words
I have a confirmed booking from agoda for jannah burj al sarab, Abu Dhabi from **th to **th January, ****. The booking ID is *********. The hotel has not received any confirmation for the stay from agodas side and hence are creating an issue. They alloted us the room based on the agoda confirmation I had but require a confirmation from agoda by today else they will charge us the amount of direct booking. This will be highly inconvenient. I have already paid and have a confirmed booking and hence there should have been no issue in the first place. Please do contact them and send them a confirmation from your side.
