Hello,*I was given your email address by Mari Martinez (billing manager) at the Embassy Suites-*** Calle Blvd, Dorado, PR in regard to a reservation *******. My flight to the continental US was cancelled due to a snow storm and I was rebook to Monday. The reservation was made at * pm for **** and **** of ****. Upon arrival at the hotel I immediately cancelled the second night **** with Isaias that was working the front desk. Upon check out on **** I was told the reservation was not cancelled. I spoke to Mari Martinez who told me she already had put in for a credit for one night (*******)-$***.**. Please confirm this credit.*Thank you!*Sincerely,*Ellen Odell****-***-****
