I made a mistake in booking a day more than my flight - my flight leaves january ** and my booking is till the **th, i need to cancel * day in the three rooms i reserved. i need to speak to a person in customer service not a computer prompt that keeps sending me back to the online manage my booking link that doesn't work. call wait time is so long and keeps resetting, then when i finally get to speak to a person it gets reset again - im so mad and frustrated already!

I was able to send an email to them and a one of their customer service people called and addressed my issue.
