My booking confirmation is *********. The dates that I selected are not the dates that were reserved. I selected check in on March ** **** and check out on March ** ****. I need these dates and not the dates you reserved the hotel

I called at *am EST. Agoda doesn't have call center hours listed. There is no indication of how long you have to wait on hold. I waited ** minutes before a service rep answered. So just call and let your phone sit on speaker for a good *** hour.** Once connected the service rep was amazing and resolved my issue immediately.
