Agoda's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-roice_ a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!
Before contacting them, items GetHuman-roice_ may need:
Email address on the account, Last 4 digits of the payment card, Phone number on the booking, and Booking ID

I was in the process of making a booking. When finished it said timed out. *Made booking again, and message came up duplicate booking do you wish to continue, so cancelled.**I need to know has any payment been taken, and if not, how do I proceed now, as don’t want duplicate booking and payments.**Also with the contact number and emails, it will not proceed without a booking reference. This has stopped me all morning from contacting customer services to simply find out the status
