AGODA : DEMAND FOR A REFUND**OUR BOOKING DATED NOVEMBER **-** WAS CONFIRMED AND PAID ACCORDINGLY. HOWEVER, UPON ARRIVAL WE WERE DENIED BY THE PROPERTY (MARCO POLO HOSTEL) OWNER SAYING THAT THEY DO NOT ACCEPT BOOKING FROM AGODA ANYMORE BECAUSE OF INTERNAL ISSUES. FURTHER DETAILS WERE NOT EXPLAINED BUT WE WERE ASKED TO CALL AGODA TO REFUND THE PAYMENT WHICH WE DID THAT SAME DAY (NOV.**) THOUGH WE WERE NOT SUCCESSFULLY CONNECTED TO A REPRESENTATIVE. WE EMAILED AGODA AS AN IMMEDIATE ACTION BUT WERE NOT ABLE TO CONFIRM ANY PROCEDURE. PLEASE DO RESPOND.
GetHuman-jingkym did not yet indicate what Agoda should do to make this right.
