I've been contacting Agoda since a month ago about General User Access (E-Pass Button) in Hotel Partner Extranet. *Last Response from agoda is about * weeks agoda saying She will grant the general user access for "P*****@***.com" email and E-Pass button still not appear in the Extranet.**This is urgent matter as I need to collect the payment from Agoda. **I also tried contacting Agoda Local Malaysia *times a week but NO RESPONSE at all.
GetHuman-puchong did not yet indicate what Agoda should do to make this right.
