We arrived on the said hotel at around **pm just to know that they do not have an available room for us. The owner said that it will be refunded but it was already charged to my credit card: ****-****-****-****. **According to your terms, if the hotel accepted a booking and wasn't able to accomodate the costumer, they are obligued to find a place for the costumer to stay.
