refundable room reservation ... Hello,*i booked a refundable room and when i got the confirmation i found that it's non refundable (my credit card was charged)with the feeds of the refundable (expensive) ,now i want either to cancel the reservation or change the reservation to the refundable
they got me a non refundable room with the price of the refundable.
correct the reservation or cancel it without charging me
dealt several times with booking and they are different at all and this is my first time at agoda
called them and emailed them a lot and they didn't answer any.
I have an issue with Agoda too
How GetHuman-maielsay fixed the problem
