I represent a hotel that does not have a contract with Priceline and does not offer rates and availability via the IDS system yet I regularly have guests coming in with a confirmation from Priceline for a reservation at my property. I do not have their reservation information in my PMS b*c there is no direct connection for Priceline to reserve rooms at my hotel. I have sent several emails to *****@***.com, expect for the initial email acknowledging receipt but I have not received a response. It is imperative that someone contact me ASAP.
